I did one from Thriva a few years ago.
It said I was fine in most areas part from one.
Although I didn't do the full package.
I never did another one to see if anything had changed.
I did it in the summer so my vitamin D levels were high but would be interested to see them in the winter as D is about the most important vitamin out there apparently, even helps with covid outcomes.
