gradually powering up, just had cheesy beans on toast. i wonder how long it takes the body to metabolise this meal, like, how long is it from swallowing the last forkful, from that, to being scientifically "full of beans"?
its probably not possible to test this in a lab but i'm sure there are endless bro-science articles on the topic
struggling to get my head around my increasing activity levels and what my calorie intake should be :| i think its gonna be necessary to just eat whatever after a big run, and the day after a big run too, my body really seems to need it. basically i stay sore for days up until the point where i pig out and then i get better overnight
