Do you mean white dead nettles? They look like stinging nettles but don't sting, and they have cute white flowers with nectar which is what makes them sweet.
Stinging nettle soup is very tasty, difficult to describe. But you have to augment with seasoning, butter, cream etc otherwise it's horrible. Also best to blend it into a smooth paste otherwise it looks rather unappetising!
