Hi everyone,

I have just joined and this is my first post. I have suffered from severe blushing episodes for as long as i can remember and now i rarely leave the house and avoid socialising with anyone, even my friends.

I am taking the first step iin getting some help by going to see my my GP tomorrow.......I'm terrifired!!!! How am i going to tell her about my problem???

I was wondering if anyone could perhaps tell me how they went about first getting help and how they felt about it?
