I have read alot of books on panic and anxiety and found the following ones quite helpful :
a) Self Help for your Nerves by Claire Weeks
b) Over Coming Social anxiety and Shyness by Gilian Butler.
c) Dying of Embarassment by Barbara G. Markwy , Cheryl N. Carmin
although they might not be specifically for panic attakcs there are lots of things in these books which can help with feelings associated with panic and anxiety etc.
