I'd kill to work in a place where my anxieties are manageable. I've long given up the 'fight' against anxiety, have accepted 'it is what it is' and just really want to get on with things.

Anxiety gets better with gradual exposures anyway, so that what once was slightly difficult becomes easier in time and then you may be ready to move on to more challenging things or stick at it - whatever.
