Double check the ingredients list on the ones you buy.
Aldi seems to be the only one that does one simple straight cut with just two ingredients potatoes (
) and oil.
All the other brands and ranges have dextrose, diphosphates, rats tails & puppy tails.
And yeh, air fryer all the way.
I interlace mine with vinegar, salt, black pepper, chilli powder & tumeric. To the point where you can't see much natural chip colour. A king's feast!
If you're using chilli powder be gentle at first, you must be eighteen!
