I completed the dreaded week 5 run 3 of the C25k programme this morning( its the biggest jump up in running time during the 9-week programme) I had to go back a few weeks after injuring my knees for over a month and not being able to run but built back up and feeling good about running again. It was tough, but I still felt I had a little in the tank at the end so I'm feeling upbeat about being able to run 5k by the end of the programme.
