hey everyone
I just found this place, I've had SA for the last 6 years which has really restricted the fun I can have in life. I've missed out on a lot and packed in a few jobs becasue of it but right now I'm working to free myself from this rubbish.
Trying lots of things, such as meditation (dynamic meditation with catharsis is a help) and more exercise. I'm recently got a job where i'm living with a community of people, it's tough going but I'm seeing an improvment. Some days I don't talk to anyone, other days I surprise myself. I have literally no self confidence so this was always going to be a challenge but hey, gotta stay positive, right?
