That people don’t need to like you and vice versa.
I notice with some people the silent treatment seems to hurt less now or either I have found a way to ignore the pain of it. But I’m just realising I’m not a bad person so no one deserves to guilt trip me to feel like I am a bad person.
Saying this I will probably still complain about being hurt by others here on SAUK and might take the silent treatment offensively in certain situations.
