Re: Do you prefer sleeping in complete silence or sleeping listening to something?
I'm not sure if I need silence, but I prefer it. I don't really use things for background noise, I'm either paying attention to it or I want it shut off.
I guess I'm wary of needing constant stimulation, from the moment I get up to falling asleep. It's good to have at least a little pocket of nothing at some point in the day.
