Oh I still swig many a pint, and it isn't really helping
(I'm not going to give it up either
) but I've lost a lot of body fat. I've just noticed that I've said a "low" body fat. When I read into it, a low body fat is classified at about 10% or less. I'm around 15% I think, but it's an improvement, but not really "low".
