no thats not how it works.
by narrowing it down to the two most popular options, the fairest test is made.
for instance, i voted one, so my opinion of which out one i
don't want is ignored - unless the last two are polled together.
i don't want the rainbow logo - i would rather have the other one. this allows me to vote to reflect that.
it's not a waste of time, it's just the mods trying to be as fair as poss, you get it?
its not about the cheat votes, its about allowing people the chance to vote for their choice out of the top two.
