They're both good, but I'm not great at sticking with them, I'd better go back to them and try out some of the advice again. Richard Swinson is my uncle, I wonder if someone else in my family had social anxiety if he ended up specialising in that, I wonder if his daughter did because my dad said when he went over to see them she was really shy and he didn't see much of her.
