nyum nyum nyum, aaaahhhhhh
A muffin may not be cake (technically it is a type of bread) but it hits the cake spot, bounces down cake alley and lands in my cake pocket. It is as good as cake in my eyes, and more important my overly complicated digestive system. I will say it again.

And for dinner tonight, just vitamins and water with beer for pudding, tomorrow no guilt and no more takeaway until next week.
I just burped and got a taste of all of that together which was surprisingly nice given that even individually it was only really 'ok'.
