Yes, it is very difficult. I work as part of 3 teams, large organisation in a busy building setting. I work remotely which gives me the flexibility to work from home or other community settings and only need to show up for meetings etc. I feel self-conscious that I am never around and others start acting differently around you. This makes me more reluctant to attempt to fight my SA and go into the office to work. My colleagues are always going out to socialise, they do many things together and I feel so excluded from it all, which makes me feel lonelier. That phrase comes to mine..."Damned if I do, damned if I don't"
