For me my SA is an
irrational fear, specifically much worse with men or even worse groups of men. Groups of macho men (e.g. a rugby team) I avoid at all costs. I'm much better one to one and better with women and children. I have a profound mistrust of men. I'm not shy though, can even be extroverted once I feel comfortable and trust someone.
