I've never had proper afternoon tea, with the fancy sandwiches and cakes etc. It's something I'd like to try.
My social anxiety has always been at it's worst trying to drink in public so going out for coffee or tea and cake aren't things I've done much of.
I am ok with my family though, and now one friend who I quite often have a coffee with after a walk, so maybe it's a new possibility
