Both great books! Alain de Botton did Point of View on R4 yesterday about changing attitudes to marriage. Was very interesting.

Speaking of which have now finished The Fry Chronicles which is his autobiography and was very good. Had it on audiobook so was nice to hear his story in his own voice.

Am now onto Night and Day by Virginia Woolf - which is really good so far. Also on audiobook.

In paperback am reading Painted in Blood by Pip Vaughn-Hughes. A bit of historical fiction set in 1242 - post crusades, when all the money is being used to create banks and Louis VIII's crushing of the Cathars and Templers. I love historical fiction as I feel like I've learnt something as well as had a good read.
