This has kinda led to giving it another chance but from almost a new start point - any pressure is kinda off - we know what is at stake - if it doesnt happen then it doesnt happen - but we have managed to get it back to a point where we can at least see a tunnel!

I agree. If I had to I would go to Relate before I gave up on my marriage if that was the only way to get us to communicate.
