I've broken my gym routine and haven't been all month. I need to get back into it somehow.
I couldn't do it every day though. I just don't have the time. I was doing three sessions a week at my hardest, for about two hours after work. Plus changing, showers and travel adds a lot on to it.
If you have a daily routine, you can add some exercise to it. Use the stairs instead of the lift. Run to a further away bus stop or station.
