Hey everyone.
Social Anxiety has affected me for as long as I can remember. It's really affected me and made it difficult to live a normal life.
I have tried a couple of things before, counselling, medication, etc but I've not really had much luck so far.
I have a beautiful daughter, and rely on my partner far too much to function as a normal human being, which is why I've decided that at 29, enough is enough and I want to try my best to be rid of this forever.
I don't know what the future will hold... but it has to be better than how I feel right now.
Anyway, I hope that's not to soppy for a first introduction...
