Thanks for the links, i'll be sure to check them out.
Maybe Im just need to up the kg's im lifting. Im going to give it another month with slightly heavier weights and more reps on the calisthenics. With smoothies with nuts in them as my substitute for protein shakes. See if it makes a difference. Then I'll revise my decision on the shakes depending if ive made gainz or not.
