How do I get my metabolism up?
At the moment I am doing half an hour intensive exercise on the treadmill every other day and 40 minutes weights every other day. I do this in the evening.
Would it be better to do exercise first thing in the morning to increase my metabolism, or should I be doing short bursts like 3 sets of 10 minutes throughout the day.
I have only just started doing this exercise seriously so I know it does not sound like much at the moment but really want to get the best possible results.
