Hello,
I'm a newby on here and this is my first post. Long time worrier and anxiety sufferer with regular bouts of depression. My mum and my two cats are my reasons to carry on regardless. I love the natural world too, and live near the sea which is a great healer. Quite an active person and enjoy going for a run and currently employed as a manager in the retail sector, although this often causes quite a lot of my anxiety unfortunately. Recently had to go back on fluoxetine which I managed without for several months but I was advised by my GP to do so.
Hoping to chat and help others if I can.
