^ I find gym classes the most sociable. I rarely attend the gym now. If you make an effort to talk to people they will generally respond.
I love classes. I could go to 7 a week if I had the time. My favourites are body pump, aerobics, and boxing classes.
Since moving I'm going to change my gym to one more locally.
In the past Ive been a bit of a council gym snob.
