Anything that gets your heart beating fast and get you out of breath in a short amount of time.
Out of breath to the point, as they say, where you can no longer hold a conversation.
So stuff like burpees
Mountain cllmbers
Lunges
Star jumps, squats, skipping, etc
5 mins a day every day and then increasing by 1 or 2 minutes a day as your body begins to handle it
Plus you'll sleep loads better too
