I think the current lockdown will have played a big part due to F2F being postponed, the time I have been in the assessment phase (since Jan) and all the other claims putting strain on the system - I expected a tel assessment but thank god that never happened, my mind goes blank when put under pressure.

I would imagine when we return to some sort of normality that we will be the first to be reassessed
