I’m watching this video on eye contact and autism. I think I probably do the 2:55 without knowing as I was always told to look people in the eye. People always react like I’m staring at them. I think the result is that I have maybe became more afraid of looking people in the eye. But then as well I maybe subconsciously have the flat effect when anxious so come across even more socially awkward without meaning to.
