1. I used to. I seem to have got out of the habit as I haven't been in over a month, but it's going to be very difficult to get back into it and I've put on loads of weight.
2. I didn't have an abduction, I managed to avoid it.
3. No not really. The only pleasure I got from going to the gym was knowing I wouldn't have to go back the following day.
