I'm not usually one for quotes, but every now and then, I'll see a quote that resonates with me, like this one -
It's a hard one to accept, no-one wants to experience pain and distress, but I'm trying to remind myself that it is absolutely correct, life is never without its struggles, pain can't be avoided and you can either try and reject and avoid that pain (like I've done most of my life), or you can accept it and use it to grow and strengthen as a person.
