Thanks guys. He wouldn't let the paramedics check him out cause he isn't the type to cause a fuss about himself, and he wouldn't let us take him to get checked out either :/ stubborn so and so that he is! Hopefully the bruising is the worst of it. He has enough problems without this. They have it on cctv. Though the attending policeman seemed more worried about if my dad got the license plate while he was avoiding being run down in the street! Ffs.
