I've been trying to eat better for the last...nearly 4 months now
It was slow but steady, replaced chocolate with bananas and such...
Until Last night when I remembered I had a load of chocolate biscuits left over from my xmas haul..I think I went about a month backwards just from a handful of biccys
I've come to the conclusion eating better is making me miserable as shit so I need something "bad" that isnt too fattening..the best thing I've come up with is ..ive started hitting vodka again
