I know: counting sheep doesn't work...
Here in the winter, my skin is particularly bad (I'm currently in Norway) and my eczema is especially acute. Even my Mum calls me up periodically and nags me about it - I keep using cream, but most of the time it really stings - and buying cream in this country costs an arm and a leg! Haha, I'm looking forward to moving back to England in the Spring!
