I've gone down the career ladder recently and I could not be happier. I've never had any real ambition or drive within the career of education other than to reach the role of a teacher. I'm a full-time teaching assistant now for a child with medical needs and whilst I'm earning a lot less money there is no stress or pressure and I leave my job at the school door.
