hmm, I can only suggest trying something like icechat, chatzilla or mirc. Alternatively have you got another browser you can try? It seems to be working ok for me in firefox.

A little help would be appreciated.

Im using ChatZilla and im trying to log in but im having problems. My username is registered etc but when I type the command /join #sauk I get the following message.

'This channel requires that you have registered and identified yourself with the network's nickname registration services (e.g. NickServ). Please see the documentation of this network's nickname registration services that should be found in the MOTD (/motd to display it).'

Am I using an incorrect command?

Ok, i've just tried to log in to chat for the first time probably ever, but got this message...

Startup error: java.lang.Error: Unable to load interface pixx : java.lang.SecurityException: trusted loader attempted to load sandboxed resource from http://www.social-anxiety.org.uk/chat/pixx.jar

What the hell does that mean?

Did you get a pop up asking if you wanted to "allow" and click no by any chance?
If that's what happened you need to uninstall and reinstall java.

Are you using firefox? When I went to join the other day I clicked allow without reading it properly, and it was actually asking to allow it to block it, or something like that.
