Default So okay CBT just worked for me..

I got this CBT app off android and filled it out:
I was rather nervous about going ATM, I build things up in my head sometimes if you have like a day in:

So:
Event: Going ATM

(Expected)
Behaviours: Vigilant, Awkward, Self conscious

Automatic thoughts: people looking, thinking I'm weird

Analysis:
>Most people aren't really concerned with me/random guy going ATM
>Also they are not part of my circle of life
>WCS (Worst Case Scenario) I look a bit awkward, not end of the world
>Am I analysing someone else to the same scrutiny as of myself? How much of my mind does that take up? How would I like to be seen?
>Another type of ape going cpt

============================
Event: (2) - Paying late Rent

Emotions: Shame 7 Fear 7

Behaviour: Agitation

Analysis:
>They have never complained in the past about late rent
>I always get it there by the Friday or Saturday
>WCS I sort out S/O (Standing order, as I pay by cash currently)
>WCS They give one month notice, and I can slowly start looking, I have support of parents if needed or I can stay somewhere at a cheap time of year till I find somewhere
=================
The 2nd one genuinely calmed me down.

Yeah, this is a great idea for an app... What's the app called?

The benefit of this is that you don't have to disclose this to another person.

There are quite a few but its about what is best for you.
This one is CBT Diary by Continuum, but there is a load of these apps.(well at most 10)

CBT Thought Record Diary- 100k downloads, its colours may put off

What's Up - 100k downloads, a more fully fledged one.

Thought Workbench- maybe a kind of aim at making a more male one by using the term 'workbench'. 5k downloads

Wysa meant to be a CBT chatbot coach. VERY clever one.

Stop Panic and Anxiety Self help - 100k downloads

Seems to be a specifically social anxiety orientated one- Youper: Anxiety Assistant. 10k downloads, not convinced by the look of that one though.

Mind-Refined CBT Ad- Supported. Only 500 downloads but looks quite neat one

CBT Logger- only 100 downloads and its 99p but looks quite a good one.

Looks quite a good depression one called Depression Self Help Guide: CBT 5k downloads.

That sounds interesting and I glad it helped!

I would like to try it, but I always had problems with the writing down of my thoughts and actions, it's like having pleasant goosebumps, but opposite and without goosebumps.

I used to carry copies of the forms around with me and fill them in whenever conducting exposure, an App would have been a lot better. I do think doing CBT on your own is the key to it, too many patients do it in the session with the therapist then never in their own life.

yeah, well I guess also people shirk on it, I have shirked on it for years.

Event: Going Dunelm Store
Automatic thought:I will stand out being a man amongst housewives and mothers
Thought distortion: mind reading
Analysis:I am probably being a bit sexist to believe only women go there.
Dunelm is a business whose aim is simply to distribute bedding supplies to those who need it regardless of sex.

had a nightmare event at the supermarket. I am confused how my mind transitioned like it did, collected and confident, and then the opposite.
Must do on CBT on this I guess. I know some thoughts there like:
'I'm standing out'
