Hi everyone,

I'm Matt and I live in West Yorkshire.

I've had social anxiety for as long as I can remember, but only found out about the disorder a little over a year ago. Needless to say, it was a massive relief finding out I wasn't the only one feeling this way.

It's been a big help reading people's posts over the past few months, and I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and getting involved.
