How to eat the right amount for lunch so I can still eat later during my family meal out

I am feeling bad, very tough day today. I just blogged my thoughts about tonight, I meant to post but its actually a couple of books full. The way I am around this kind of thing and the build up to it really is typical of my main huge problems, the type I just cant get right no matter what techniques I use. I do my best to be normal and also try to avoid it in the first place but sometime you just gotta do it, this will be high anxiety all day up until when I get home. I wont be able to get drunk enough to relax because so will my dad, despite how much I love him, even more so the slightly drunk him, he is not suitable to be out in public when he is, see blog for why. I wont be getting much work done today.

If I am not willing to tell people (which I am not), then I simply have to go through this.
