I have lots of things that I should be looking forward to...holidays etc..but the anxiety makes me partly dread them...the only thing I really look forward to is doing pretty much nothing...however when I do nothing I start to feel bad about not doing anything...can't win!

There's a few things this year that I'm looking forward to:

1) If all goes well, I'll be visiting my brother in Ipswich on the second bank holiday in May... It was meant to be over Easter but he's working. I've not seen him since Christmas.

2) Similar to the above, we're trying to organise a trip to London in early September. We had one last year in August and I really enjoyed it. Despite the crowds/busy pace, I thought I handled it pretty well for the three days I was there. With family, you'd hardly know I have SA. Take me out of family...there's a notable difference in me. Nothing actually confirmed as of yet but there's a good chance this will go ahead.

3) At the end of September, I'm off to Devon for a long weekend. I go to one particular place every year.

Other than that, I have nothing else planned. No social events or parties (by this time last year I had several arranged - as I'd forced myself out. Sadly all it done was confirm why I don't go out in the first place...). I feel there will probably be one for me in early July, but that's yet to be confirmed.

^ Pets are great. In fact I often prefer the company of animals to people.

Really looking forward to going to the Reading v Newcastle match tomorrow night. I haven't been to a football match in ages and it's the first evening out I've had this year so far.

Aye. Animals are just generally nicer to be around.

I haven't had a night out this year. Didn't have one last year either. Or the year before that. Or the... ah, you get the idea.
