Good for you. I'm always too scared to report stuff.
Had a kid (well 18 ish) last night who lost his cat (apparently) he must have been visiting with a neighbours teenage son's but he was screaming and shouting and kicking his car right outside our flats. I think he's may have been stoned or drunk. It's unusual for here to be fair but still I wasn't impressed.

I'm still a bit shocked that my mum met Bernard Ponsonby in an Irish pub in Glasgow and got a picture with him.

Always knew he was a Celtic man.

That I'm getting fed up of coming second to my bf's friends when all I've ever done is put him first, could have used some support today but instead he's pissed off out with the girls somewhere.

I'm too scared to look at today's bike ride on Strava because I nearly killed myself trying for a KOM and if I haven't got it I might cry

I wish I could slow my brain down.

I can deal with all the negativity and how changeable I have been recently but the last couple of slightly calm days which I can feel are coming to an end has taught me that things go much wronger much quicker when my brain is in its normal fast state. Normally I would be using this for work or making plans for my future or house or whatever. Now I use it for rambling chaotic PMs and emails that I regret the instant I click send, then my negative thoughts spiral so fast while I wait for a response. I seem to be in a overclocked self hole.

^ Yeah, sometimes.

I'm thinking why won't this CBT woman answer my flippin' email? She's probably trying to make me phone her for exposure therapy or something. Grr.

^^ I get that sometimes. Although normally it's my hair causing it.

I'm thinking how nice it would be to pee without a three year old in the room asking for the hundredth time if I have a winkie. The thing that gets me is when he goes, he demands that I close the door properly. So he's allowed privacy but I'm not.

TL:DR, the summer holidays can piss off.

I am wondering how I can not eat for days and still put on weight, I guess I was massively dehydrated when I took my first reading. Unless a springle and olives are made of neutronium (the densest material I could be arsed to google for).

Just had one of those conversations with my dad that leave me feeling deflated but also very proud of myself for managing to not swear at him

All the hot weather that's been around and yet I'm going to Bracklesham bay for the morning tomorrow and it's gonna rain. How typical is that.

My mum drinks every night and posts embarrassing stuff on fb now she has insulted me I would like to delete her but I won't. She was ranting about people who do f**k all and don't work and how the tax system unfair. I've been unemployed for 3 years on benefits so she's directing it at me.

I've got to help my gf's parents to clear their shed today. I don't mind helping at all, but I can't be arsed to do it today. And I'm arachnophobic and I just know I'm going to face loads of spiders and webs today.

^ As long as it isn't one of those massive Lambert & Butler umbrellas, you'll be fine. I saw a guy with one the other day and he did indeed look like an absolute fanny.

^^ Ha! Lambert & Butler, there's a name i haven't heard for a while!

I decided that i looked a fanny anyway and just went for it. Tbf i couldn't care less, i quite enjoyed the sound of the rain beating down, it felt cosy.

I kinda wanna go on an epic umbrella walk now.

The sound of rain hitting my umbrella gives me ASMR. Potentially embarrassing when you're stood at a bus stop.
