Ordered this book from Amazon. Im hoping it might change the way I think about getting out again as Ive developed a fear of going out after being housebound for so long.
I also have a fear of getting into the bath which I have no idea where this came from but its there!
I think.all of these things are in my mind sometimes and the fear becomes large and overwhelming.

Small success is key I think!

No I cant get out at the moment . I am however having psych counselling via my hospital. It is largely useless and I dont think the guy understands me at all.
It is delivered online. I have PTSD from my stay as an inpatient on a ward where I was treated very badly and he claimed I cant have PTSD before 6 months !
