I either come home from work knackered, nod off early then find myself immediately back at work

orrr I force myself to stay awake so it feels like I don't actually live at work..only to sit here tired and bored

I'm sure theres a rolls eyes smiley in the list somewhere

Have you tried getting something to eat before heading out? Have you been to your dentist recently? What do they say about this?

I think so, after a certain age it becomes chronic...... it's probably prevented more pregnancies than all birth control put together, so let's not knock it!

You want decent stuff for breakfast. I'd say a nice wrap or something with plenty of vegetables and a bit of meat, some fruit for afters washed down with some orange juice.

Is there a time in your life as a adult, you put your own needs before your families?

Children or parents/other relatives?

If you mean your parents, roughly from the start of adulthood until they become frail.

But it can be harder than that. It's hard even if you don't need their financial help and if you do then it's game over.

I've got one of them conversations looming at work that involve money.

I don't "really" theres nothing on paper, I'm just sick of never having time for a break and spending 40-50hrs a week perma stressed and its only going to get worse next week.

I never know how to approach it

My neighbours in the garden chatting up someone on his phone. Every sentence contains ****, ****ing and ****. He's also just been telling her that he was kicked out of every school in Horsham and the only school that would take him was here. What a delightful neighbour to have. Still... good to see romance isn't dead. :/

Isn't it

He does seem fairly drunk. He came flying in in his car hollering and beeping his horn for God knows what reason. Wish he would disappear somewhere else.
