Yeah, I think you kind of need to already be a little bit "shaven" already for those things to work?

I have one that seems painful if you have a few days growth,
But works okay if there's not much to trim.

I have found that the cordless shavers that take blades to be ridiculously expensive, and yet, they are quite good, annoyingly.

^ Yeah, probably need to have very little growth for it to be any good. It doesn't help that my facial skin is very sensitive.

I'm sorry to hear the shaver wasn't suitable, Lee. I use a Gillette blue II disposable razor. Not because I have sensitive skin, but because I have cheap skin.

Anyway, I hope you manage to find something suitable. Oh and if you ever want to throw out a gold plated shaver, then please let me know!
