The moment I itch them its instant relief. I never had the erge to itch so bad as I do right now.. I just resisting but its incredibly difficult not to.

I only had couple hours of sleep before I woke up and had this problem. I feel completely awake just due to the irritation.

Its certainly a distraction but not really what I meant I wanted. Something has certainly irritated my skin. Hopefully it go away in a few hours.
Yea I get that a lot in winter, it's the cold affecting blood circulation to your legs; just warm your feet up when that starts happening (extra pair of socks works for me).

cloaca is getting stronger.

now i'd feel kind of ok if it wasn't for the wretched, insane heartburn i have. let that be a lesson to you all - if you are going to be mentally ill so that it makes you tense ALL THE TIME, don't eat. eating while you are upset gives you indigestion! so don't do it. wait till you are feeling better and more relaxed, even if that takes several years

Quite content this evening. I took some photos today that I was very pleased with so I feel like I deserve to exist for the time being at least.

You should post your photos more, i think you are very good.
Thank you! Some days like today I believe it, others I don't. I would post some more but usually they are pretty huge and I can never be arsed resizing them.

The more I get to know other people, the more I hate myself.
I question every word I say and every thought I have, " but what if they think this, or they think that about me"
It's a minefield, and the way I am is automatic, I cant change it,

Now if I could only overcome this little obstacle of being an unlikeable twat, that would make overcoming the anxiety so much easier. I've had two people say to me now that they can't stand me.
Guess SA isn't just for nice but shy people
it's also happens when people are rejected through their own fault.

Don't punish yourself for it we all have those kind of days. You just have to pick yourself up and try again

This will sound silly probably, but over the last month I've put loads of effort and time into this computer game, and it was just starting to get to the best most fun bit. Took so much time and energy. Then the save game froze and it deleted itself (said it was corrupt), I didn't do anything. Can't face restarting it and doing all that hard work again.
I know it sounds silly but I've got so much crap in my life at the moment -been forced into living with a stranger which I can't cope with very well... got problems with my landlord, not sure what to do about work, and my mum is going into hospital this month for a serious operation and I'll have to take care of her afterwards.. so much crap and it sounds silly but I loved that game so much and it kind of distracted me and kept me sane. Now it's gone, and now I have nothing to distract me.. can't even react over it as it seems silly as it's 'just a game' and all that... what do I do now? While my mum was in hospital I was going to play it, it would distract me... shouldn't post this as it sounds so silly I know.. Anyway, feeling sad over it really. Couldn't sleep last night at all as thought about that, then about the real life situations like this stranger living with me... the next room over... feel so trapped.

I'm feeling alright, I went out with my brother, his gf, and his friend and gf to a pub last night and played pool. When I lived here I never went out with him so its strange that I have to move to Leeds to go out with him. Its my birthday tomorrow, im not really looking forward to being 28, I feel like I haven't achieved enough with my life to be that old. Im going out for a meal tomorrow so that should be nice.

I thought exercise was meant to make you feel happier. Lies! Chocolate doesn't work either. It's yummy but it doesn't make me enjoy life.
I feel crap. Is it possible to pass on sa to someone like an sti? If so I think I gave it to my boyfriend.

Sorry to hear about your benefit woes Moose, it seems this intimidation is happening frequently now. I***8217;ve been through two appeals and won my case twice. The last one I won they haven***8217;t even paid back the back-pay and put me back on IB yet even after several months. Now they are wanting me to go for another medical. Appeal though you***8217;ll probably win.
