Over our years on this planet i think we have all seen things that make us go WHY, so here is a place to get them off your mind and dump them .

Things like WHY do KP peanuts need a "this product may contain nuts" allergy warning, i mean come on i'd be pretty p*ssed off if they did'nt .

WHY did dettol feel the need to produce the No-Touch hands free soap dispencer.

This is how Dettol discribe it in their ads - DETTOL No-Touch Hand Wash System automatically senses hands and dispenses soap to kill 99.9% of bacteria and remove viruses.
Er if the soap is going to kill 99.9% of the bacteria and remove viruses what does it matter if i have had to touch a germ ridden dispencer pump first to get my soap

Why do people from oop north not say the "s" on the end of plural words? For example, "I bought a banana 4 year ago". Were they taught that plurals such as "year" should be "years", or were they taught not to use an "s"? If they are taught to use it, then at which point did they choose not to use it?

Peanuts technically aren't nuts but they are usually grown on the same sites as nuts and are stored in the same containers so contamination happens. Also I think a lot of people with nut allergies also have peanut allergies, but some smartarse with an allergy who knows peanuts aren't nuts is going to have a go and then complain they weren't warned.

WHY oh WHY litter when there is a bin right next to you.

I am thinking particularly of bus stops. Usually a bin at a bus stop but in my area they are plagued by fag butts and chicken bones. The latter is ridiculous just put them back in the bucket your food came in you numpties.

And yes the no hands dettol is for Howard Hughes esque ocd. I have ocd but that would just feed my anxiety.

^ Totally agree I hate litter, I live near to a co-op which always looks like a bomb site with litter (sandwich wrappers, pop bottles & cans, crisp packets ect) after school dinner time even though there are plenty of bins.
