I got a job, finally!!
After 4 long years of looking for work and having done volunteer and part time work that didn't work out, i have finally landed a full time job in an area i have been looking to work in. Dog grooming. Yay. I don't actually groom them, i'm the washer and dryer, but i'm so excited.

Well, i went through the yellow pages and sent out 50 general cover letters and resumes to animal and dog grooming places asking if they needed someone. I got a few responses and trials from that, but the job i got was an advertised one on the internet for a dog washer in a grooming place. I don't start till the 1st of august but. I'm so excited!

well done you ellen!! i did the same thing once, going thro the yellow pages to find a job, i know how scary that is!!
Your job sounds cool!! Id do that anyday rather than post letters,i love dogs! hope it goes ok for you! did you need any experience? |

Congrats, that sounds like a great job. The best bit is you get the dogs after they have been degrimed!
