Lovely Greek yoghurt. I feel like a woman eating it, but it is an excellent yoghurt.

Morrisons (72%) dark choc, from their 'best' range.

It's pretty good, but at nearly £2 a bar i'd rather have my monies worth in cheap Lidl dark choc.

A multiVit, A Vit D tablet, A cherry extract tablet.

And a POT NOODLE.

Beef and tomato the king version although it basically just tasted like salt flavoured noodles.

All washed down with a glass of water.

I put 2 of them on (with chips) and now I feel pretty sick but hopefully the smell will sort that out. I know 1 thing for sure, they wont look like they do on the box. Green beans can piss off well away from my plate which isnt even black I might add, quite the opposite. I am using plastic disposable forks too which lowers the tone slightly.

I may be over confident in the return of my appetite but its worth a go, I am also somewhat higher carb than I would normally do but its only for a day, or may just go in the bin anyway.
