Passport..............
......................how does an SA person get a passport if they dont know anybody to countersign their photo/forms? Can you get the Post Office staff do this, or do they just check that you have filled in the forms correctly?
Thanks. |

Re: Passport..............
You could try your GP. I think some refuse to sign now but you never know. They will probably charge you for it too.

Re: Passport..............
I seem to remember doing the entire thing in the post office, you will have to check but I think I paid for the speed service, and part of that was them doing it there and then.
It was years back though it may have changed. |

Re: Passport..............
Contact your old school. GP's don't do them anymore but if you can find an old teacher of yours they're normally more than willing.

Re: Passport..............
I don't know why nobody has mentioned this, but your GP would do it.

Re: Passport..............
You would think your GP would make an exception for someone with SA who struggles to interact with people and sign the passport for you even if they do charge you.

Re: Passport..............
A nice lady at the bank did mine for me, I didn't know her at all. Post office people can do it too.
