half 10ish: ricicles and lots of milk =p (i like how the milk tastes when you put ricicles in it so i slurp it straight from the bowl, pig that i am hehe)

Im having my brekkie now - a cup of tomato soup lovely and warm as I have just been outside for a cig and I'm frozen!

i splashed out this morning and had TWO cups of tea, one at 7:10 and the second at around 7:30am

i love those innocent smoothies, that coconut one is sooo soothing.


for my first breakfast i had some orange/pineapple/raspberry/banana smoothie, home made of course, and a bit of brown toast with butter and jam.

for my second breakfast i had half a tin of mushroom soup and a cheese sandwich and some naughty naughty nescafe.

oh yeah, and two cho biccies.

so far i have had some tuna pasta, a mini roll, a dairy milk, a kitkat snacksize and 3 cups of tea.

That's great Kate - I'm so glad you have broken your fast with some breakfast!

I had a variety pack portion of frosties, a cup of coffee followed by one square of Cadbury's Dream as I've only got four squares left so I've got to ration it until I venture out to the shop!
